Ideally, you are someone who:
- knows basic programming
- has an IT-related background
- has a knack for explaining things to a layman
- has excellent command over the English language
- prefers getting to the bottom of things
- a visionary who thinks of the bigger picture
Knowledge of proxies is a BIG plus.
With the right person, he or she will:
- help the company build a team of CS superstars
- document FAQ docs on common support queries
- manage refunds and cancellations on payment platforms
- work directly with the co-founders in achieving business growth through user satisfaction.
Work Hours: European Time
