You're extremely organized, well spoken, personable, and tech savvy. You're insatiably curious and want to know the ins-and-outs of your projects and products, and are able to break those projects down into bite sized chunks to keep making forward progress. You dont over promise - you over deliver.
We've got a few dozen projects going at all times, and its easy to get distracted in what is often an interrupt-heavy business. You'll help field customer questions, estimate timelines, generate tasks, follow up with engineers (without nagging or micromanaging), and manage expectations around projects internally and externally.
You've fixed more than your fair share of outages and only a few of them were your fault. You keep a cool head under pressure and are instinctively able to narrow down where a problem is coming from, sometimes even before it breaks. You're familiar with the most popular cloud environments, how to use them, and what NOT to do with them. You can crank out the Terraform to spin up a project/VPC in your sleep, automate everything, and eat Kubernetes networking issues for breakfast. But most of all, you're a team player, always looking for avenues to improve yourself and the processes that make up our day-to-day.
You're comfortable working on infrastructures, but still wince when pushing out changes to production, even though you ran `tf plan` twice. You're familiar with most essential services and which logs give the best clues to what's breaking. You've worked with one or more cloud providers, but feel like you could work in any of them if need be. Your Google-fu is well-honed - but you're not afraid to drop a note in slack in case anyone else has seen this issue before. You're eager to learn and look forward to the next challenge, and work well with your peers as you solve hard problems together. You know there's room to grow, and you're excited for the next project and the opportunities it brings.
