Inside Customer Support Rep

We are the leading Mexican-focused industrial distributor in the United States. Since 1993 our rapidly growing family run business has been supplying international customers with all the industrial equipment they need to keep their factories running. We currently have an opening for an Inside Sales Rep/Jr. Account Manager to join our team.
What you would do:
Fully remote job experience. You will be working from your home.
We're looking for very hard working and super-organized individuals who can help us find the best pricing on industrial items all over the world. On a typical day, you will be researching pricing for motors on the internet, calling vendors and emailing factories for current pricing on valves and pistons, conducting more research on adhesives, and initiating more calls trying to get pricing on an urgent item our sales team needs.
You'll be negotiating with vendors for better pricing than what they might initially offer, even when they seem like they may not budge. You'll also be competing for their time against larger clients who some vendors may feel are more important. Sometimes you'll even be looking for items that are 50 years old and appear to be impossible to find, but they're out there and you'll need to find them.

What you bring:
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience in a front line customer service role
- Strong communication skills, and an ability to establish rapport with others easily
Knowledge of industrial equipment is not required. We will provide all required training.
