DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the CPR team at our Tech Hub in Barcelona and build services in Golang and Kubernetes for 1000+ engineers.
Our 30+ marketplaces have 1.5 billion visits per month across 3 continents, so the opportunity to have an impact is huge.
Your day to day
You’d be part of a team developing a state of the art scalable platform as a service solution for 30+ marketplaces, using Kubernetes, Docker and Microservices. Each marketplace brings its own infrastructure and a unique set of challenges, so no two days are ever the same.
As well as automating the operations and production of large-scale distributed systems, you’d support features like blue-green deployments, automated canary releasing and automated promotion to production.
Your objective:
Support hundreds of instances and multi-tenant Kubernentes clusters for millions of consumers, and build self-service solutions for 1000+ developers!
Working at Adevinta
You’d be based in Barcelona, but would work closely with cross-functional, multicultural tech teams in Paris and around the world.
Each team chooses their own tech stack and big data/cloud tools, and as teams are small everyone is involved in decision making. Because Adevinta is a new company - and we’re growing - there’s also a chance to influence the organisation’s engineering direction and decision-making processes.
