UX / UI Designer (m/f/d) – Remote in Europe possible

Then we are looking for you as motivated and talented UX / UI Designer (m/f/d) for inhouse developed DataPlatform Product for the Telematics Industry at the earliest possible date for our headquarters in Fulda or remote in Europe.
Your Mission
- First week: you meet the team and start to know our company
- Fist month: you familiarize with our product and current workflows
- First 6 months: you consolidate design systems, improve workflows and take responsibility for all design task
- First year: you provide a consistent design system for our core products
What you can expect
- Design for data driven reporting products as well as development of a design-system
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand
- Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
What we expect
- 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI Design, UX (Copy)writing and Product Design
- Understanding of HTML & CSS
- Experience with Google Material Design and Figma
- Experience with subscription website, responsive design, new design trends and execution in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient design skills like sketching, wireframing, prototyping, creating high-fidelity mockups with design tools like Sketch, Photoshop, etc.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working closely with technology teams for implementation of designs
- Comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices
