- 5+ years of software development experience
- College degree or successful completion of a respected developer bootcamp/accelerator or extensive mentorship program
- Extensive professional experience in a variety of IT companies and/or within consulting
- Required technical skills include:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Docker
- Python
- AWS
- AWS Lambda
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD
- Jenkins
- Terraform
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Hands-on experience doing automated testing (unit and end-to-end) required
- Experience with version control solutions, preferably Git/GitHub
- Strong attention to detail on the fit and finish of applications and overall quality
- Able to communicate with all levels of management and within the team to achieve desired outcomes and build strong relationships
- Proactive and creative in managing issues and opportunities
- Strong problem-solving skills
