Top skills/qualifications we look for
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 + year experience testing quality of web content, web applications, mobile applications, functionality, design, and UX
  • Familiar with UI/UX design best practices and mobile-first design
  • In-depth knowledge of web-based technologies and content management systems
  • Experience exercising exceptionally high attention to detail in testing applications
  • Understanding of automated testing preferred
  • Website SEO and ADA compliance experience preferred
As a QA Analyst you will
  • Participate in client discoveries and provide user feedback and recommendations to clients
  • Develop and execute manual tests to ensure development projects meet the established criteria for acceptance
  • Review projects for alignment with design standards, SEO best practices, and appropriate CMS (content management system) formatting
  • Ensure websites and applications work as expected on multiple browsers, platforms and devices
  • Find root causes of problems, recognize recurring issues, and contribute to the resolution process
  • Coordinate efforts as part of a web and mobile application development team to identify performance opportunities and design issues, as well as to ensure testability issues are addressed during design life cycle
  • Develop new and refine existing QA processes, tools, and testing infrastructure to enhance quality and productivity
  • Consider UI/UX and whether features align with design best practices
  • Log bugs / issues with appropriate detail, setting to the appropriate severity level
  • Practice continuous improvement techniques using industry standard practices and tooling
  • Provide mentoring as needed to more junior members of the team
