Affiliate Specialist

HeySummit is seeking an experienced Affiliate Management specialist to buid, grow, and manage our affiliate program. This is a 4-month initial contract that would be made permanent based on performance of agreed objectives.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is comfortable working independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a larger team. They have experience taking an affiliate program from zero to launched, and is comfortable devising strategy, implementation, and benchmarking, especially for SaaS businesses that focus on selling to independent entrepreneurs and creators
Responsibilities
- Developing affiliate marketing strategy and associated KPIs
- Analysis and evaluation of current HeySummit affiliate landscape
- Developing resources and incentives to improve the success of our partners
- Engaging with super-affiliates and building systems and offerings that cater to their requirements
- Collaboration with our Community & Partnerships, content marketing, and creative teams
- Setting strategic KPIs and reporting on progress
About You
- You have experience building successful affiliate programs for SaaS businesses
- You're aligned with the brand tone of companies like Teachable and Convertkit
- You're happy divising the strategy as well as building the resources needed
- You're comfortable bringing order to chaos and creating smart systems that help you and others get things done
