- Process — Clearly defined roadmap for what comes next along with how-to lessons to make taking action easy.
- Tools — Keyword research, rank tracking, and monthly reporting.
- Coaching — One-on-one sessions.
We are looking for a team member to join our customer success team. Here’s what you need to be able to do:
- Follow directions with attention to detail.
- Enjoy the work of learning new things (constantly).
- Document your work, so your customers can learn from you.
With those skills in place, you will end up doing all of this on a regular basis:
- Implement a process-based SEO checklist on a subscriber's website to jumpstart their results. This work is done directly on a customer’s website on platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, and Shopify.
- Coach subscribers via video conferencing. Ensure they are on the path to growth, answer questions, and offer encouragement.
- Respond to support requests via email.
