Virtual Assistant: Customer Service/Team Admin


We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant.
You have experience and are passionate about serving a team and a large community as a virtual assistant. The working time frame is Sunday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm ET and may include occasional time outside of that. NOTE: During training, the hours will be Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm ET for approx 2-3 weeks.
You have excellent computer skills, including high word processing and spreadsheet ability, and an eye for detail.
You have a great general knowledge of technology in today’s world and a LOVE for learning to use new software, databases, and everything else that helps a great team become greater.
You strive for EXCELLENCE in communications - writing, typing, messaging.
You have non-stop, reliable high-speed internet service!
Your grammar and writing skills are beyond top-notch ~ and Grammarly in sentence construction!
You get the details right. Share with us a motivational quote in a meme format with us that embodies your dedication to excellence in communicating with others.
You always over-deliver.
You are passionate about the customer experiences.
You are comfortable with numbers and Excel!
You consider yourself a great problem solver. You do whatever it takes. The phrase “That’s not my job” is not a part of your vocabulary.
You are a whiz at all things Google Drive.
You take Team relationships seriously and staying connected is a high priority for you.
You’re 10,000% comfortable working in a virtual environment AND want to work as part of a highly collaborative team.

This position is NOT for you if:
• You are not available from 9 am to 5pm ET Sunday to Thursday and occasionally outside of that.. (NOTE: During training the hours will be Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm ET for approx 2-3 weeks.)
• Your internet is not 100% reliable on a daily basis.  
• You prefer verbal communication over written communication.
• You can’t handle regular and detailed feedback.
• You see this as a side job to your main hustle.
