We are seeking a strong Senior Product Owner (i.e. Senior Digital Product Manager) that will shape, deliver and maintain a suite of digital products required for enabling a new omni-channel digital experience. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in our digital transformation effort, reinvigorating our brand and market positioning without the shackles of technical or business constraints of an established brand.
Enable and impact our digital transformation:
  • Provide product vision and direction, develop and continually maintain related roadmaps, release manifests, backlogs, as well as user stories
  • End to end ownership of customer facing digital products and their ability to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Balance priorities between business objectives, customer needs, store associate requirements, corporate strategies and market demands
  • Lead key agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups and retrospectives
  • Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release or Sprint Goals
  • Maintain a strong commitment to meet agreed qualitative and quantitative business unit and corporate objectives
Lead and partner across the organization:
  • Partner with digital product designers and marketing stakeholders to lead the development of compelling digital user experiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and realize opportunities for driving online engagement and sales
  • Lead a team of multi-disciplined technical and business resources composed of employees and external partners
Qualifications:
  • Ability to translate Consumer & Small Business needs into an engaging digital experience
  • Highly collaborative team player who is comfortable trusting his colleagues and partners
  • Self-starter familiar and comfortable with all facets of technology enabled digital product delivery and digital product life-cycle management
  • Experienced leading and facilitating business and technology related discussions at all organizational levels
  • Results oriented, accountable leader who is comfortable making product decisions independently, but also savvy enough to know when alignment, visibility and confirmation is required
  • Great team leader and a natural coach who always puts the team and its members first
  • Well versed in agile delivery methods, and passionate about the disciplined execution of established agile processes
  • Experienced with CMS, eCommerce, Loyalty and Digital Marketing technology platforms
  • Highly sensitive to privacy and information security, and their implications on the use of data
  • Somebody who has continuously progressed in their career and held similar roles for >5 years in a B2C context
  • University graduate who possesses a relevant degree or an equivalent level of real-life experience
