What We Sell:

When our clients sign up for a Spark Site, they have the option to add a custom design package where they get to work 1 on 1 with a leading designer to build the site of their dreams.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Talented Website Designer with lots of experience designing websites on WordPress (or a similar framework) to work directly with our clients to help them get the site of their dreams!
Our ‘Perfect’ Designer Has These Skills:
- Lots of Experience Building Sites on WordPress (or a similar framework)We have our own proprietary website builder which is very similar to some of the major theme frameworks on WordPress (i.e. Divi, Elementor) and so we’ll expect you to have some nice examples of websites that you’ve built on those types of frameworks! - Amazing Communication SkillsWe have the best reviews on Facebook and Google because our designers understand the importance of responding quickly to client emails and maintaining excellent communication - we give a $100 bonus every time one of your clients leaves us a positive review, and you’ll be assigned multiple clients per week!
Compensation
- $15-$22/hr Base Rate Commensurate w/ Experience
- $100 bonus for each bonus review

Hours & Timezone
Initially as you are still learning the ropes, we'll load you up with about 20hrs of work per week - however, we can quickly move to 40-50 hrs per week of work if you're up for it!
Our company focuses on clients in North America and Canada, and so while we are flexible with hours, we'll expect you to work primarily during work hours that are consistent with those markets.
Our Workflow:Whenever you’re assigned a new client - we’ll provide you with all of the initial questionnaires that they’ve filled out as well as any assets that they’ve provided, and ask you to reach out via email to set up an initial “Pre-Design Consult” with the client to review everything before you begin working on their custom design.
We'll provide you with your own Calendly account (where your clients can schedule the pre-design consult and other chats with you) as well as a Google Account where you'll use the Google Hangouts feature for client meetings.
Ideally we'll expect you to be able to complete the first draft for the client within 3-5 business days, and deliver a completed website within 2-3 weeks.
Other Required Skills:
- Experience with some sort of WordPress Theme Builder (although we use our own builder)
- Expert knowledge of SCSS, CSS3, CSS, HTML
- Expert in responsive design
- Proficient in Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Expert Client Communication
- Fluent English (with little to no accent)
Bonus Experience
- Experience in the real estate industry or working on real estate websites!
