We are looking for an operationally minded individual that is passionate about creative problem-solving and being at the forefront of keeping internal operations running seamlessly for a global team. If you love multitasking and have the ultimate positive attitude to get things done quickly and efficiently, we want to hear from you!
You are:
Hyper-organized and have an eye for the smallest of details, able to build an exceptional rapport with anyone you work with, can anticipate problems before they occur and are comfortable taking quick direction on varied tasks. You have succeeded in helping organizations innovate and problem solve in the area of operations and have experience working with global teams.
Daily Tasks:
You’ll be working side by side with our Internal Operations Team to help keep our domestic and international shipping running smoothly, maintaining promotional inventory, and helping facilitate operational success for other internal programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, concentration in Business or Marketing preferred
- Minimum 1 to 2 years post-baccalaureate work experience with a fast growing organization
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Self-starter attitude and can take initiative with minimal direction
- Creative problem solving and negotiation skills
- Confidence in communicating and maintaining relationships with external vendors
- Located within the United States or Canada with the ability to work EST hours
- Willing to respond to inquiries after-hours if needed
