We're looking for a talented individual that lives and breathes all things communications to join our growing and talented team.
The right candidate will be able to put their mark on this exciting venture. They will work closely with all stakeholders, taking lead as the strategist and planner, whilst delivering results. They need to be on top of their game, think outside the usual CRM boundaries and demonstrate a positive can-do work ethic.
As CRM Specialist you are expected to …
- Design, plan, write, distribute and edit communications across multiple channels, across all markets. Not limited to marketing, emails, push notifications, SoMe, pop-ups, on/offline content, etc...
- Utilize creative communication channels to help push and optimize content comms, whilst monitoring and reporting results
- Set targets to drive awareness and contribute in revenue growth, whilst helping increase product engagement and brand awareness
- Monitor and report KPIs (sign-ups, acquisition, retention, churn, revenue, etc...)
- Provide support and collaborate with internal stakeholders, whilst working extremely closely with Commercial Product Leads and the Creative team
- Present, pitch, support and lead CRM strategies
- Take part in ad-hoc duties to support additional business areas
Job requirements:
- Passionate about communications
- 3+ years' experience with CRM for affiliation or e-commerce and an excellent track record
- Fluent in English, written & verbal
- Comfortable at delivering presentations and pitching ideas
- The ability to stick to deadlines
- An eye for detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to work both independently and in a team
- Familiarity with general market communication compliance
- Understanding of analytics & data
- Capability of generating and analyzing communication reports
Desirable:
- Any additional languages are an asset
