You are:
A highly organized, detail-oriented, quick-learning person who is engaging, warm, and can easily connect with others. A person who is passionate about aligning the organization’s goals with individual staff goals and loves building community.
Daily Tasks:
- Execute one on ones with staff and help coach them to their goals while keeping in mind the organization’s goals
- Be a brand ambassador on Twitter and Linkedin to listen, participate in conversations, communicate and model Clevertech’s values
- Promote, organize, and run company-wide events and contests (i.e. Virtual Happy Hours, E-Sport Games Tournaments, Swag giveaways)
- Learn and execute on a variety of special projects
- Bonus: If you’ve created content for youtube, podcasts, and blogs.
