About the role
We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You'll build useful, functional, and impactful user experiences for people around the globe. We are highly user-centric, and we deeply believe we can innovate our way out of any box.
The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
What you will do:
- Manage brand identity and develop an overarching visual strategy.
- Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond.
- Build wireframes and prototypes to tackle difficult UX problems.
- Obsess over the details.
- Design systems to make simple, elegant experiences.
- Design meaningful user experiences supported by beautiful and intuitive user interfaces.
- Aggregate feedback from users, engineers, and the community to evaluate user requirements and obtain an in-depth understanding of engagement improvements.
- Work closely with different teams to deliver on our day-to-day needs for visual creative—both static and video.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as UI/UX designer and brand strategy (preferably in the crypto industry).
- A portfolio showing your high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work
- Able to envision concepts through wireframes and translate them to mockups and designs.
- Experience creating interfaces, large-scale digital experiences, or applications.
- Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite design-related tools.
- Adept at modern UX design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc) and prototyping tools (of your choice).
- High standards for quality in digital and website design and a strong attention to detail.
- Able to hit tight deadlines and a fast paced team.
- Base knowledge of blockchain, crypto and defi space.
