Here's What We Expect From You
- You're comfortable with the usual web-developer tech stack: HTML, CSS, at least basic Javascript / jQuery and PHP.
- You have experience editing WordPress themes (and ideally WordPress plugins, too).
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a developer (ideally, as a Wordpress and/or Shopify developer).
- You have a consistent coding style and passion for well-organized, clean code.
- You work well and are able to solve problems independently.
- You have great time-management skills and have no problem meeting (reasonable) deadlines.
- You have a good command of the English language (verbal and written).
- You can work the hours we expect from you (see below).
Our development team is based in the Philippines, but we're looking for someone who can work during US Pacific business hours. We expect at least 5 hours of overlap between our workdays.
If you're in the Philippines and can work through the night, that's fine with us. Or if you're closer to US time zones and want to work during your daytime, that's ok, too.
The starting salary for this role is USD 1,200-1,600/month.
This is a full-time position, and we expect your complete focus and dedication.
