We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. You will help us grow by qualifying inbound leads, booking meetings/demos with prospective clients, and do outbound outreach. In short, handle the top of the sales funnel, from prospecting to qualifying (and at times close). You will report directly to our VP of Global Sales.
Compensation: $40,000 USD Base ($65,000 USD OTE)

What You’ll Do:
  • Developing a predictable pipeline of short, mid, and long-term opportunities for the Account Executives by engaging prospects from inbound campaigns (live chat, trials, demo requests).
  • Qualify inbound leads that come through the marketing channels and book meetings with them.
  • Understanding the customer needs and buying cycle to gather key insights.
  • Focusing on contacting and qualifying business accounts to achieve/exceed demand generation targets through Inbound Marketing source leads (MQL’s)
  • Use LinkedIn to find new leads that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Reach out to them via email, InMail, or social to book meetings with potential prospects.
  • Work closely with the AE's to generate healthy opportunities and contribute to the growth.
  • Document all activities within our CRM (Hubspot), maintaining flawless data management.
  • Occasionally close deals to experience the full sales cycle.
  • Be tenacious. Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
  • No cold calling.
Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years experience selling B2B SaaS software to Mid-market and Enterprise segments (required).
  • High-level proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal (required).
  • We are scaling our sales team, so you'll be successful if you are able to onboard yourself quickly and have a go-getter, hands-on attitude.
  • A numbers-driven approach to your work
  • We're looking for an empathetic salesperson, who is a good listener and can adapt well to change.
  • Strong work ethic and a team player
  • Proficient in using Linkedin, Hubspot, and Aircall (a plus)
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
  • Outbound prospecting experience is a plus
