We are looking to hire a Lead Full Cycle Recruiter to help us find the best people to work with. You will be ContentFly's first and lead recruiter with complete ownership of the entire hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Be the owner and enabler of the entire recruitment process for the company
- Advise and develop long term recruitment strategies in line with the company's vision and growth strategy
- Work in liaison with the people operations team and management to understand the long term business and growth needs
- Provide us with data driven insights to constantly improve our hiring strategy
- Ensure the candidates have a great hiring experience in line with our values and brand
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience through the entire recruitment process preferable with high growth or technology startups
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to gauge the candidates motivations and see if they would fit with ContentFly's values
- Pro at using Linkedin and other channels to source ideal candidates
- Ability to understand data and draw insights from it
- Exceptional organizational skills are a plus
