What are we looking for:
The ideal candidate has experience in creating various digital and print assets across multiple channels. You will be the creative champion of the Hometime brand and embrace the continuing growth and development of all visual content. The main focus will be in growth marketing with the aim to educate users about Hometime and encourage leads/enquiries. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, building a brand, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves, and get-it-done attitude.
Responsibilities:
  • 5-7 years of professional experience
  • A focus and drive for landing page and UX/UI design optimisation
  • Take ownership of design projects
  • Design page layouts and templates
  • Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels
  • Develop and maintain consistent branding
  • Collaborate with marketing, developers, and other teams
  • Utilise data and analytics in making design decisions. We use Google Analytics, HotJar and Google Search Console
  • Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs
  • Select and prepare imagery
  • Create and maintain a database of design assets
Things We Are Looking For:
  • At least 5 years of web design, graphic design  and front-end web development experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with UX / UI website and mobile design
  • Champion innovative design, establish brand standards, evolve guidelines and the marketing design craft
  • Understand page conversion optimisation and how design can guide a website visitor to submit a lead
  • A results-orientated Web Designer who can create conversion-focused websites and landing pages
  • Apply strategic thinking to visualise ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively through your design work
  • Love to dig deep into what’s working and what could improve the customer and web experience
  • Enjoy bringing ideas to the team and open to trying the ideas of others 
  • Experience utilising Figma (a must), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, video editing and email layout software (MailChimp, HubSpot)
  • A take ownership and get things done attitude
  • Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats for both print, digital and development
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven and remote working environment
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to work remotely and have a self-starter mentality 
  • The candidate must have a personal computer or laptop and a stable internet connection
  • A GMT-2 to GMT+4 timezone is ideal
Nice to have:
  • Experience working in the property or hotel industry
  • Consider yourself as technical as you are creative
  • Expert level understanding of search engine optimisation and social media marketing principles
  • Experience working in Unbounce, Instapage or similar landing page builders
