Podsights is a small, distributed organization seeking experienced candidates for a Senior Director of Success to join our growing company! Here's a little about us, a little about what we believe, and what we are looking for.
Podsights is the operating system for podcast advertising. We likely work with your favorite publisher and handle over 10 billion events a month.
Our mission is simple; we are looking to grow the podcast industry. Far too many brands try a podcast advertising campaign and churn. Or worse: they don’t even try to enter the market. By providing a platform for brands to understand and scale podcast advertising, we encourage investment in podcast advertising and by proxy to publishers.
It will be the responsibility of the Senior Director of Success to:
- Support clients through process improvements
- Provide clear direction on product enhancements to the Product Manager in an effort to reduce support issues
- Lead and transform the Success team (currently comprised of four FTEs) into a scalable support team

The podcasting industry has seen a lot of growth in the past few years, and we believe it has more room to grow. Beyond growth, podcasting presents some interesting problems: its decentralized, RSS-based nature, and the various ways people can listen. Ideally, you will have 7-10 years of experience in SaaS support organizations and at least four years leading teams in various support roles. To succeed, you will need to be a leader with past experience in successfully scaling a SaaS-platform support team. You also need to be a risk taker who is willing to voice an opinion and express viewpoints in an effort to find the best possible solution. You must be willing to fail fast and move onward to the next idea.
