Technical writer
Crystallize
We are seeking a technical writer to help write delightful documentation for our developers and editorial users.
As a documentation lead at Crystallize, you will be working with our content and product team. You will be writing documentation and contributing to live streams and e-learning material.
At Crystallize, you will have fun with things like:
- Writing and maintaining documentation
- Writing blogs with engaging code examples
- Creating curriculum for documentation, e-learning and live streams
- Recording videos for documentation and e-learning
How you can contribute to our team
- You have a relevant educational background. Probably a bachelor or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
- You have a strong technical writing background or tech evangelist background.
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to explain complex information in a simple and understandable way
- Your English is impeccable. Both written and spoken.
- You are eager to learn new things, and to share your knowledge with others
- It is a bonus if you have experience with Frontend, JavaScript, React and GraphQL.
- We would love if you also have experience with e-commerce or PIM
