Talent Acquisition Specialist


  1. Deeply understand hiring needs for our North American team; partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
  2. Successfully fulfil the team's recruiting needs.
  3. Identify, attract and close candidates that aligned with hiring plans in creative, marketing, design and other business-related roles.
  4. Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
  5. Manage contractors in the recruiting team.
  6. Education in a related field - HR, Psychology, Business etc
  7. 3+ year in-house HR experience or recruiting experience with start ups, creative agencies or saas companies preferred.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  9. Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
