Go deeper: In this role, you will make an impact at Axios with the following responsibilities:
  • Develop robust learning and development initiatives to motivate and unleash the full potential of our employees. 
  • Design, implement, and refine initiatives to ensure ongoing professional growth at every level.
    • Employee training: design and deliver monthly programming to engage and support employees.
    • Manager training: design and implement training tracks that support new managers and experienced managers.
  • Support the development and iteration of our competency maps to ensure clear growth paths for employees.

  • Experience with and passion for leading on learning and development practices 
  • Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
