We are Send Payments
Send is a fast-growing fintech delivering embedded finance solutions to well-known brands. Companies like Woolworths, Flight Center and many others are already using Send’s products to help their clients and staff make international payments. We are expanding our offering to cards, wallets and other exciting payment solutions.
We are looking for Business Analyst / BI Lead to help us organise our data and build out tools that will help to scale our business with clarity and velocity.
What you will do:
- Build data and business intelligence infrastructure to support insights and decision making across the organisation.
- Work with teams within the business to gain deep understanding of our customers, transaction flows, product, and broader market opportunities.
- Turn reports into dashboards and other easily accessible tools.
- Maintain and improve our data quality, implement and manage our BI tools.
- Develop new innovative solutions on how we can bridge our data gaps through extrapolation and modelling.
- Spot new business and product opportunities.
- Promote data-driven decision making and culture.
What we expect:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Practical experience with scripting (e.g. SQL) and visualization tools (e.g. Chartio, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Ability to turn high-level business requirements into building dashboards, models and other practical data tools.
- Ability to communicate and use the latest data visualization techniques to make patterns visible even for not-so-data-nerdy colleagues.
- Strong cognitive ability, problem solving skills and can-do attitude.
- Curiosity, drive to learn and interest in business, customer psychology and financial services.
