Software Engineer (React, Pixi) -- 100% remote, Texas or Ohio residents only

Tenet3 is seeking a Software Engineer / Frontend Engineer (React, Pixi) to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building a visually-exciting, high-performing, intuitive web application to solve challenging security problems.
** Our office is located in Dayton, Ohio. Position is 100% remote. Employee must reside in Ohio or Texas. **
Essential Job Duties
You will use a ReactJS, Redux, Pixi, SCSS and HTML5 client-side stack to interact with users. You will:
- Develop, test, enhance, debug, and implement software
- Collaborate with the design and project teams on product specifications
- Configure applications according to design specifications
- Participate in peer reviews of code written by other developers
- Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications
- Participate in development of software documentation and user manuals
- Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools
- Assist in preparing estimates for implementing new system enhancements
Skills/Qualifications
- Eligibility to establish and maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance
- Experience building JavaScript applications on a collaborative team
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms)
- A work portfolio demonstrating with clean, well-tested code (Github, Codepen, personal website or equivalent)
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
- Experience interacting with APIs (REST, SOAP or GraphQL)
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies
- Familiarity with databases
Education/Experience
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar discipline is preferred. One year of college education is equivalent to two years of relevant work experience. 4 years of general computer programming experience is required along with 1 year of demonstrated JavaScript development.

Salary Range
$60k - $130k (paid relocation available)
