About Podsights
Podsights is looking for a media professional to oversee the operational day-to-day operations of the Platform Success team. The role is about 50/50 technical and client services, and people management.

Podsights' mission is simple; we are looking to grow the podcast industry. Far too many brands try a podcast advertising campaign and churn. Or worse: they don't even try to enter the market. By providing a platform for brands to understand and scale podcast advertising, we encourage investment in podcast advertising and by proxy to publishers.
We are looking for someone to become an expert on the platform themselves, and understand how every customer uses it. They not only support our three Platform Success Partners but also work directly with Clients to ensure their experience with Podsights meets or exceeds expectations.
This person understands the vision of the department, and works to ensure our operations are aligned with that vision. They execute process updates, suggest improvements, and ensure that platform success partners are heard and have input on the processes themselves.
This person is also a people manager. They meet with Platform Success Partners (PSPs) regularly to ensure they are developing professionally. They make sure that each PSP is working to their full potential.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' relevant work experience with at least 1 year of managerial experience
  • Expert experience in ad serving, ad operations, podcast attribution, or ad tech
  • Knowledge of the podcast industry or enthusiasm for the space
  • Project management experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent experience in communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and comfortable working with math, formulas, and data
  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and ability to manage multiple priorities at a time
It's a plus if you have...
  • Experience in ad-serving platforms, media buying, media planning
  • Prior experience using project and ticket management systems like Asana, Trello, Jira, Front, Zendesk
  • Prior experience using a CRM like Hubspot a plus
