Partnerships Development Manager

Sesh

Sesh brings the power of group support to a supportive, therapist-led virtual setting. We are inspired by the power of therapeutic conversation and we work to make it accessible for all. Backed by Polaris and Arch Ventures, Sesh is at the beginning of a huge growth journey.
If you love the thought of closing deals while simultaneously decreasing mental health stigma and supporting people with their diverse emotional needs, this is your dream role.
The Role
As our Partnerships Development Manager, you will play a significant role in scaling Sesh to enterprise businesses throughout the world. You must feel passionate about the power of community while pioneering and prospecting new clients for Sesh. You will help businesses understand the value of Sesh's group therapy services as an employee benefit. You will help to bring our mission to life on a global scale.
Sesh is growing quickly and is looking for a Partnerships Development Manager who has the right mix of critical thinking, communication skills, and hustle. This people and process-oriented role requires a burning passion for spreading the power of therapist-led group support and a whole lot of initiative.
More specifically, you will:
  • Reach out to and build relationships with HR leaders and benefits managers at companies, non-profits, and hospitals
  • Generate a partnerships prospecting pipeline, and build out a partnerships database system

  • Communicate Sesh's value and unique approach verbally and in writing
  • Coordinate with Sesh's customer success team to ensure successful partnership implementations
We are building a team that will require a solutions-focused attitude and a passion for sales.
