UX/UI systems analyst

At LedgerComm we are designing a new platform that is transforming the way people trade loans. We believe our business will be a catalyst for changing who trades loans and how they do it. As a result our platform needs to bring the ease of use normally associated with B2C platforms to a B2B world. We are looking for a UX/UI designer (systems analyst) to join our team to help us with the delivery and specification of new features. We are based in London however we are flexible on remote versus in the office.
Superpowers required
  • Strong experience in planning, documenting, and leading design and research projects and achieving good outcomes.
  • 3 years + experience with UX best practices and research.
  • Deep Experience with UI best practices
  • Highly proficient in modern design/prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)
  • Strong written communication
  • Fluent English
  • Ideally experience with a SaaS platform (nice to have not essential)
  • Have experience running client workshops to create great user focused functionality
What you’ll do
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define creative vision and direction.
  • Solve complex user and business problems using design thinking.
  • Have a high level of engagement with customers to improve user journeys
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of the product and design decisions.
  • Work with product and engineering to foster innovation, determine speed of delivery and assess implementation.
  • Create User Flows (define flow through product, what tasks a user will complete, etc)
  • Create Wireframes / Mockups / Prototypes (interaction design, visualize/layout content, etc)
  • Creating click-through and advanced data-simulation prototypes
  • Develop, schedule, and conduct User Testing (monitored and unmonitored)
  • User Interface (UI) Design, Implementation, and Product Support (structure/style components, support development, responsive design, implement design systems/frameworks, etc.)
  • Collect, interpret, and make recommendations based on project data 
  • Create and maintain project requirements and documentation and present reporting back to stakeholders and teams
  • Review existing design systems and processes to identify problems and improvements.
