- Gain understanding of customer experience and identify and fill product gaps
- Work closely with our engineering team to constantly improve our existing and build our next product
- Drive product launches including working closely with our marketing team
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by talking to customers to collect feedback on products and services
Requirements
- Proven work experience in product management (as a product owner or product manager)
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/ Kanban/ SAF/ LeSS)
- Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
