The Role:
We're looking for sharp, self-motivated, kind, problem-solving Product Managers to join our team. You'll use your experience and expertise in shipping well-designed and successful SaaS apps to help us build the right stuff. We're not short on ideas, but we do need someone that can use their own insight, connection to users, data, and knowledge of technical feasibility to make product strategy decisions.
In this job you will:
- Connect deeply with our customers in order to make smart decisions and tradeoffs.
- Strategically align product prioritization with business goals.
- Develop detailed documentation with clear functional and nonfunctional requirements for effective engineering delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering to build thoughtful and valuable solutions that serve our customers and our business.
- Collaborate with PMM on product documentation to support feature launch.
Helpful skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a Software Product Manager - we won't set 'x number of years', but you need some prior experience.
- Collaborative personality - you can't help but engage with others and new ideas
- Understanding how to measure outcomes with data
- Knowing how to champion a product throughout the organization and with customers
- Continuous curiosity about technology
- Adaptable, resilient, flexible, work with a sense of urgency and have a drive to win
