What we need
Designers and problem solvers! We need someone with a kickass visual style who’s great at taking complex problems and making them into simple solutions. Somebody who can work collaboratively with Product, Support, and Engineering and own the design process from end to end, producing beautiful and usable experiences for our users. We’re in a customer space where the tools have historically been clunky and complex. At Logikcull we’re turning that around and creating ‘powerfully simple’ experiences to help our users to do their work quickly and efficiently.
Who you’ll work with:
The UK-based design team, led by Pete Lambert.
What you'll do:
- Lead design projects and own feature design from end to end
- Work at a high standard across all aspects of the design process, from ideation, wireframing, and exploration right through to delivery of high quality, high fidelity designs, and prototypes
- Speak to customers at various stages in the process to gather feedback and discover problems to be solved
- Present designs, explorations, and finding to the Product and Engineering teams as well as executives and customers
What we’re looking for (you!):
- A dazzling portfolio. It doesn’t have to be SaaS or LegalTech, just good, well-thought-out design work that shows me your creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level
- The ability to see the problems around and within the problem. Looking deeper and wider and striving to find the best solution for the customer and the product
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive can-do attitude
- Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and ultimately delivering products and services that are known for their delightful experience and ease of use
- Strong sense of individual initiative and ability to lean into and learn new concepts.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and personal management skills.
