Senior UX Designer

Bttr. is looking for Senior UX Designers with a focused background in digital product and service design to join our distributed team to work closely with a global team of project managers, strategists, producers, operational leadership, designers, creative directors, and stakeholders.
You will work in partnership with Senior Client stakeholders to co-create high-profile global digital products and services.
Requirements
  • Have empathy and curiosity for how great brands, businesses, and organizations navigate innovation and design.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities and to help identify and prioritize their near and long-term goals.
  • Ideate through sketches, fully-baked UX documentation, and functional prototypes to demonstrate and validate product features.
  • Have an ability to synthesize research findings, uncover and articulate insights that will inform and inspire design.
  • Fluency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and an ability to create and analyze surveys to impact design.
  • Implement and define UX best practices based on research findings, including strategy, design, prototyping, and testing.
  • Develop workshops and presentations for stakeholders and internal working sessions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, quality assurance engineers, and clients to identify the best experience that meets user, business, and technical needs.
  • Have a real passion for organization, simplicity, efficiency, and proactivity.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity, navigating end-to-end product life cycles, business model design, market analysis, financial modeling, and implementation.
  • Based in or be able to work in a US East or West Coast Timezone.
Your Experience:
  • Deep understanding of the value of user experience and design operations to large product organizations, and the ability to communicate that compellingly to the C-Suite.
  • Expert knowledge of research, user research methods, tools, and practices, and the proven ability to identify and execute the right methodology for the needed results.
  • Demonstrated fluency with applying a human-centered design process in business including seeking outside inspiration, building to outcomes, design thinking and balancing constraints.
  • Experience in planning and facilitating user research activities and usability tests.
  • Solid UX skills, with the ability to iterate through conceptual ideas and effectively communicate concepts.
  • Excellent software skills — with experience of Miro, Zoom, Monday, Figma and prototyping tools.
