Banzai is looking for Content Marketing to support and execute Demio's full cycle marketing strategy. This strategy is designed to elevate brand affinity, target ideal Demio customers, convert them into awestruck, enthusiastic and confident webinar rockstars (a.k.a Demio customers) and continue to help them grow, learn and reach their desired outcomes.
This role will be heavily content-focused, and will require oversight over the common content channels (email marketing, blog, social media, podcast, video, etc.) but will also require enthusiasm to apply and grow content skills to non-traditional content channels such as webinars, YT shows, partnership marketing, learning centers and social media communities.
The right candidate must be passionate about building relationships with marketers and adding value to the marketing community.
Your primary responsibilities:
  • You will partner with Growth Marketing Manager in driving Marketing OKRs
    • Coordinate on the creation and distribution of eye-catching content
    • Test and iterate paid media creative including copy and graphics
  • You are focused on (and fired up about) understanding how Demio can make marketers' lives easier and happier
  • You will implement and grow Demio's content strategy to support and align to Marketing and Business OKRs while simultaneously serving our larger market. This includes (but is not limited to)
    • Content curation, creation and distribution
      • Email marketing campaigns
      • Video Marketing series
      • Webinars
      • Blog posts
      • Customer success stories
      • Infographics and other visual assets
    • Project Management over:
      • Editorial and Distribution Calendar
      • New initiatives/projects and partnerships
    • Analysis:
      • Ability to identify how our content is serving our larger marketing objectives and how to iterate/adapt as needed
Desired Qualifications, Skills, & Experience
  • Hubspot experience (designing workflows, creating email campaigns, analyzing data, running reports and designing dashboards)
  • SEO and analysis experience. Help us leverage the tools we have to identify the success of our content strategy, and the opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with full funnel demand gen campaigns (content creation, operations/automation and analysis)
  • Experience as a content or demand gen marketer in SaaS or other B2B marketing industry
  • Excited to learn and grow marketing skills - willing to say YES to try new things and constantly coming to the table with new ideas/opportunities for Demio's growth
  • Clear communicator who values feedback and opportunities for growth
  • Experience collaborating with other marketers/cross functions to drive toward common goals
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Innate curiosity. Always asking 'how can we do this better' - from strategies to processes to serving our customers.
  • Ability to think creatively while simultaneously living in a world of data
  • Self-starter who is innately motivated to execute in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to complete projects on time, even when (especially when) juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Building a Storybrand/Jobs To Be Done Methodologies
  • Experience managing, leading and growing team members
  • Comfort as a content creator, being able to host events, create graphics, write copy, and bring creative assets to life
