Launching a new subbrand - Leadflow - which offers Linkedin lead generation services on top of our overall self-service SaaS, this has become a rapidly growing service and looking for someone to take charge with his channel to manage, lead and grow it.

We’re looking for a Head of Client Services who will oversee our managed solution department that provides B2B lead generations service via Linkedin prospecting and messaging. This someone who want new challenge and take ownership of this new 'done for you' service manages that is offered on the back our SaaS solution.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a small team of 2 currently who do the day to day execution activities of campaign setup, account management and administration related to the delivery
  • Look to setup a overall “managed” solution strategy for the new brand from branding, to content to customer acquisition
  • Taking a leading role in reviewing, adjusting and improving current processes for scale
  • Working closely with the CEO and also marketing & sales to ensure service growth and success
  • Reviewing performance of overall accounts, making strategic decisions to improve delivery, retention and overall customer experience
  • Sales copywriting reviews and oversights to improve overall client leads and output
  • Miscellaneous - from client billing, to onboarding to retention strategies
  • Oversee the full growth of lead generation campaigns as we look to scale our offering in the SMB market for B2B.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in a lead generation or sales-focused agency or software SaaS
  • Experience and knowledge in the B2B space
  • Experience with sales copy, strategy and conversion rate optimisation
  • Management and generalist who is looking for slight more broad-role centralised around client delivery of our managed solution department
  • Well-versed with creating up strategies, plans and leveraging tools and technologies that is scalable and manageable
