The role: Senior Brand Associate
Reporting to a Senior Brand Manager, you’ll support a series of brands. This role will be great for an action driven, detail-oriented individual who understands the Amazon ecosystem and e-commerce. This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze your ASIN level data (sales, conversion rate, sessions, costs, etc.) to determine why certain products are trending up or down; be able to communicate these observations and to help research and troubleshoot accordingly
  • Handle cases with seller support, in addition to other administrative tasks which will include managing paperwork and document requests(VAT filing, etc.)
  • Work on understanding the ecosystem, and support the monitoring of your competitor and industry landscape, and to keep up to date on Amazon marketplacerule changes
  • Maintain product listings, which will include knowing how to use listings templates, manage product variations, and upload listing updates.
  • Possess the ability to download and assemble excel based reports to report on and monitor product changes and their performance
  • Work on PPC KW research and work tools to support your hypotheses
  • Work with the Sr Brand Manager on various aspects of product and pricing, which will include optimization and promotional analysis, coordinating packaging/inserts, coupons and deals,as well as customer support
  • Work with Sr BM on creative and photography (where updates are needed), changing and doing research on package dimensions and product shots and specifications
Job requirements:
  • 1-3 years of eCommerce experience
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with the Amazon marketplace platform (preferred, not req)
  • An intermediate level knowledge of Excel is preferred
  • Ability to work well within a cross-cultural team environment and across different timezones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a high level of organization, and attention to detail
  • Solutions driven, and can help research and support key decisions for the brands you’re helping to manage
