Do you love coding and problem-solving?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented person to join our team to aid and support our developers and customers get the most out of ProcFu mini apps.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via tickets and online forums
- Support development by manual testing and creating automated tests
- Build out proof-of-concept apps and write blog posts to showcase them
- Document features and advanced mini app development techniques
- Identify and report areas of best practice
- Other appropriate duties as agreed
Required Attitude, Skills & Experience
- 1+ years experience with Citrix Podio
- 3+ years experience coding in PHP
- 3+ years experience coding in Javascript & jQuery
- 3+ years experience working with HTML & CSS
- Expert in programming concepts, PHP, and JS
- Fluent oral and written English
- A love of problem solving and coding
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems
- An eye for detail
- A self-starter
- Ability to work to targets and timelines without close supervision
- A strong team member
- Ability to communicate clearly
Desirable Attitude, Skills & Experience
- Experience with Podio Workflow Automation / GlobiFlow
- Experience with Notion
- Experience with Google Sheets
- Website development experience
- Experience with multiple 3rd-party API’s
- Relevant computing qualifications
- Client/Customer-facing experience
