- Defining our product vision and user stories
- Approaching everything from a user-centric angle
- Collecting customer and user feedback
- Co-building the product roadmap
- Creating, tracking, and continuously re-prioritizing the product backlog
- Driving the QA Testing phases
- Ensuring timely compliance with sprints and roadmaps

Your Background
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the start-up or blockchain space (required)
- You know how to balance user needs with wider business objectives
- You’re experienced in agile methods (SCRUM)
- You know how to unite the teams around your product
- You’re a pro at maintaining excellent relationships, both on the client-side and with our development team
- You can lend a hand with basic UX/UI tasks if needed (models, prototypes, etc.)
- A background as a designer and/or developer is a plus
- You’re fluent in English; French is a plus
- You can work with at least a 5 hour overlap with GMT+1 (Central European Time)

FAQs
Do I need a blockchain background to join your team?
Any experience with blockchain tech - either professional or personally - is a plus. But it isn't an absolute requirement to join our team. If you can make up for it with passion and willingness to quickly learn the ins and outs, then that’s good, too!
