About the Content Writer Position
We’re looking for a freelance creative writer to join our remote team of growth marketers. We rely on high quality content to drive new trials and paid users to our portfolio of B2B SaaS companies. We’ll provide topics and guidance, but we’ll need you to research, and create compelling articles that convert target readers to trials and paid users. This position will focus on producing content for our Shopify products. Our desired candidate will be able to commit to 20-30 hours per week.
Your Daily Challenges
When we welcome you aboard we’ll introduce you to the Growth and Product Teams. These are the people you’ll work closely with day-to-day. Once you get settled in and learn more about the team, your day to day activities will look something like this:
- Work with our lead content manager and Shopify team
- Submit engaging and compelling blog posts, landing page copy, email marketing materials, and social media content
- Adhere to our content calendar
- Follow our content creation guidelines (SEO, structure etc)
- Add visuals to article whenever possible
- Have fun, be kind and work hard with our team
Your Experience
- 3+ years of freelance writing experience
- Previous e-commerce ecosystem experience
- Having worked with SaaS companies is a plus!
- WordPress
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial/startup environment
- Experience working with remote teams
Your Compensation
Compensation varies with experience and qualifications. This job is a Part-Time/ Freelance remote / work from home position.
