Requirements
  • Experience in the travel industry, with agent selling experience a definite plus
  • Basic knowledge of travel suppliers and travel agency operations
  • Respond to member inquiries through a variety of channels including telephone (inbound and outbound), video calls, email, and live chat
  • Recognize individual customer service needs and own the service delivery outcome
  • Determine the quickest, most effective way to answer a member agent's questions
  • Provide introductory information to new member agents
  • Ensure that members understand and are satisfied with our programs
  • Inform members about additional products and services that they can take advantage of
  • Identify and escalate advanced queries and concerns
  • Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service
  • Work with the Agency Services team and other departments to find appropriate solutions
  • Maintain and update information systems to keep accurate client records and document solutions
  • Explain issue resolution and coach clients on appropriate corrective action
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Be a 'Doer'
  • Proven ability to self-manage

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Effective time management and self-accountability
  • High School Diploma
  • Travel industry experience, especially in an agency environment preferred
