The roleAbout the role We're looking for a product leader who can help drive our product teams to deliver great messaging experiences for the SMB Business Unit. You will be responsible for managing a team of 3-5 product managers while also helping drive product initiatives to deliver business and customer results.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple product managers in one domain and align the talent, tools, and processes with business goals.
- Help to define the product strategy and vision for your domain - develop and identify the key measures of success, set expectations with all relevant stakeholders, and effectively prioritize across initiatives, teams, and functions.
- Use your knowledge and experience to lead teams across the full product life cycle, from user research to requirements refinement to prototyping and into production.
- Create an environment that fosters high-quality, metrics-driven experimentation, which leads to impactful improvements and positive business impact.
- Practice a highly efficient, iterative product management process with an eye for continuous improvement.
- Attract, inspire, mentor, and grow top product management talent.
- Establish what success means for your teams and foster accountability for building the right thing.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS B2B applications, here you have lead product managers and product owners. You will have a demonstrated ability to mentor product managers, engineers and designers in working cohesively to build great products. You have sound business judgement, proven ability to influence others, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities. You are self-motivated, can deal with ambiguity and competing objective in a fast paced environment. You are experienced in driving product strategy across more than one team, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence a range of audiences. You’re experienced with JIRA, Figma, ProductBoard, Miro and other team collaboration tools.
