We are looking for a Digital Asset Specialist with exceptional detail orientation. The EngagedMD application has been used nationwide and internationally by over 1 million users since its launch, and continues to see enormous growth and adoption from medical clinics across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and growing team. You will have the opportunity to develop, document and execute organizational processes, as well as maintain style and process guides for asset production. In addition, you’ll be our key content researcher and will identify existing scripts and assets, contributing to the work of future content creation. You’ll collaborate closely with our development, product, VX, and marketing teams. 
This fully remote role reports to our Director of Content, and candidates are required to reside in the United States. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States and we are unable to provide H1B sponsorship at this time. 
What You’ll Do
  • Organize, document, and store digital assets throughout the product lifecycle using Coda as the central repository and Google Drive for asset storage
  • Maintain the publication and quality control processes for our proprietary software, as well as for wistia and frame.io
  • Locate and deliver digital assets to other departments as necessary
  • Fix accessibility issues if and when digital assets are no longer available
  • Archive retired assets
  • Manage the migration of digital assets to our new platform as necessary
  • Analyze the entire catalog and provide recommendations for maturing the organization's digital asset management strategy
What You’ll Bring
  • 1-2 years experience in digital asset management, cataloging, or equivalent career experience 
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Keen eye for workflows and how to improve them

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced organization 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience 
It’s Also Nice If You…
  • Have at least a passing familiarity with the fertility and/or healthcare industries
  • Have experience working with Coda or other relational databases 
  • Have prior Google tag management experience 
  • Have successfully worked remotely with distributed teams in the past
