Operations Associate
About the role
PlaybookUX is looking for our first Operations Associate to lead North American Operations.
We’re looking for a driven self-starter and an analytical problem-solver to join PlaybookUX as an Operations Associate. Reporting directly to the COO and Co-founder, you’ll be a key player in driving projects that will help PlaybookUX prepare for scale, improve operational efficiency, and radically improve the participant experience.
We’re a fully remote team so we’re looking for someone who thrives in this environment. Get in on the ground floor and join a fast-paced women-owned startup.
What you’ll do
- Manage the recruitment and full lifecycle of all researcher projects
- Provide timely operations and logistics support
- Be able to think on your feet, react quickly, and identify creative solutions
- Mange the participant platform and the end-to-end participant experience
- Review and analyze videos to ensure that participants meet quality standards
- Provide exceptional reactive/proactive communication and support to our researchers, troubleshooting when necessary
- Exercise judgment to decide when issues require escalation
- Make recommendations based on feature requests reported by users
Who you are
- Extremely dependable, punctual, and able to manage your time well

- Detail-oriented with excellent judgment skills

- Entrepreneurial and analytical, you thrive in a startup environment detail-oriented with excellent judgment skills
- Some startup experience preferred - familiar with the urgency and scrappiness of early-stage startups, and excitement to join the growing company at the ground floor!
- Ability to work shift time of 9am - 5:00pm PST
- Based in the United States
