PushPress is looking for a qualified Content Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices. Our ideal candidate is an experienced SEO professional with demonstrable marketing content management skills. As a Content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
Our mission is to make gym management the easiest part of operating a fitness business so that gym owners and coaches can focus on the health, wellness, and fitness of their members . The PushPress product automates many of the day-to-day gym management processes from member billing, scheduling, new member acquisition...and this is only the beginning. We are a remote company with a majority of our team comprised of fitness business owners around the world. Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in researching and crafting thoughtful and engaging blog content to gym owner audiences to help increase conversions
  • In-tune with and open to learning more about our overall content marketing efforts to help us provide the best product possible to our clients
  • Report to our content management team in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other members of our marketing team to ensure that all content is on target and optimized for specific audiences
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
  • Optimize content according to SEO best practices
  • Build logical blog structure and internal linking strategy
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
  • Manage our editorial calendar to ensure timely publication
  • Assign blog posts to writers
  • Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Conduct keyword and SEO research to understand customers’ needs
  • Monitor web traffic and engagement (e.g. conversions and bounce rates)
