Requirements
- 5+ years designing professionally
- Sharp problem solving skills
- Ability to clearly communicate with client
- Self-starter who takes ownership of the task assigned
- Intuitive approach to design
- Not afraid to ask questions of team members and clients
- Proficient with Adobe products like XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat
- Proficient in designing web UI/UX for service-based and retail (ecommerce) clients
- Respectful of deadlines
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Open and receptive to client feedback
- Appreciative of constructive feedback
- Comfortable designing new concepts from scratch with minimal input
- A desire to be involved in the full process of ideation to finished product

- Logo design
- Brand identity design
- Website design (UI/UX)
- Print design
- Digital asset design
- Interfacing directly with clients
- Problem solving on the fly
Responsibilities
- Lead clients through project kickoff calls and follow a creative brief to get detailed design direction for accurate project execution
- Design review calls with client to get feedback on designs and what can be changed or improved
- Ideate, think creatively, and help execute “passive income” products (template shop, courses, etc)
- Driving and motivating the creative process
- Take initiative to improve processes and products
- Attend weekly team meetings & client calls via Zoom
- Track project progress in PM system
