- Experience with agile software product development methods (sprint planning, backlog grooming..)
- Experience working with designers, developers and other stakeholders to deliver great product increments
- Experience with frameworks like OKRs, Scrum, Kanban, Lean UX, Design Thinking.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
