We’re looking for a strategic, organized, and driven team player to join on our mission to empower the next generation of freelancers to work collaboratively on teams.
You would be a key member of the service delivery team working with account managers and the Director of CX to build strong relationships with customers and organize freelance specialists to execute impactful creative & marketing work. 
You will:
  • Learn and adopt our current service delivery process, and strategically find ways to improve upon it week over week, actively recommending and implementing improvemen
  • Be a contributor for the process documentation, consistently updating it when process updates or improvements are agreed upon by the team
  • Serve as clients’ day-to-day point of contact, building trust and delivering value for their organization 
  • Manage specialists on your projects, ensuring they are properly briefed, onboarded, kicked-off for new accounts, and consistently kept up to date on the project status
  • Work closely with our product team to influence how we use technology to improve our manual agency or project management processes
  • Independently coming to the table with solutions to problems you’re encountering
  • Create and manage timelines and due dates
  • Send deliverables and track feedback
  • Review deliverables to ensure they are on-brief and all feedback is incorporated
  • Schedule calls and presentations
  • Be proactive when issues arise, exercising discretion and independent judgment when making decisions
  • Release points to specialists when deliverables are completed
You have:
  • 4-5 years of project management experience in the marketing or technology realm; specifically in managing websites, social media management, marketing/growth campaigns, brand work & design projects.
  • 2-4 years of strategy experience, preferable but not required
  • Previous experience in a startup environment is strongly preferred
  • The ability to communicate up-to-date best practices in marketing, communications, and development
  • Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams in marketing, communications, and development
  • The ability to not only be comfortable but to excel at interfacing with clients 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and are a list keeper
  • The ability to work in a start-up environment (range of tasks, ambiguity, flexibility) while still exercising and implementing standard professional processes and systems
