What you'll do

Drive and own the vision and strategy of quality assurance at Autosoft
Drive a quality culture, by helping cross-functional teams adopt the right quality practices throughout the lifecycle
Expose change impacts in minutes with advanced, resilient test automation that's built for DevOps and cloud speed
Modernize quality tools, testing approaches, and skillsets of team
Accelerate release cycles by orchestrating and scaling testing efforts across teams, projects, applications, and tools
Produce, maintain, and radiate quality metrics that help expose and reduce risks
Drive excellence in execution
Nurture a culture that enables everyone to deliver their best work
Assess your talent needs, recruit, and hire exceptional talent, without compromise

What you need to get the job done

Hands-on software development experience is required
Experience with Continuous Testing that occurs throughout the SDLC
Experience monitoring production to loop feedback into the SDLC from a quality perspective
Experience leading distributed team members
People leadership experience (culture, one on ones, relationship, etc.)
Project leadership experience (roadmap, backlog, priorities, deadlines, etc.)
Talent leadership experience (staffing, allocation, hiring, onboarding, etc.)
Great engineering leaders can lead around any tech stack
Diversity of experience as an engineering/QA manager is valued (teams and companies)
Driving results in a cloud-native software shop are valued

Remote Delivery Manager
