Howdy 👋,Stuart here, founder of Booster Apps.We are a fast growing growing B2B SaaS company looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join us in our journey to provide world class support to our users. What does the position entail?
  • Providing email based support to our users for the number one app in the Shopify app store
  • Handling technical SEO issues for our users. (HTML/MetaTag/JSONLD) (SEO experience not necessary)
  • Willing to help in any area of the product (Help documentation, etc)
The right candidate will have:
  • 2+ years professional technical support experience
  • Experience with HTML/CSS. (Liquid would be a plus!)
  • Passion to communicate with our users as if you were on the other end of the screen.
  • Ability to document, track and monitor a problem/issue to a timely resolution
  • Ability to work productively with little supervision 
  • Experience using a ticketing system such as HelpScout, Zendesk, Intercom etc.
  • Enthusiasm!
Nice to have, but not required:
  • SEO experience (JSONLD, meta tags)
  • Javascript experience
  • Liquid programming skills
  • Experience with the  Shopify platform
