First, let me tell you a bit about myself.
I’m Calvin Correli, the founder of Simplero, an integrated software platform for coaches to transform lives at scale.
I created Simplero because I wanted to teach spirituality to entrepreneurs. Why?
Because self-aware and purposeful entrepreneurs are the key to solving all the challenges we face in this world. And coaches are the ones that help the entrepreneurs (and other people) be self-aware and find and live their life purpose.
Simplero is growing, and we’re adding more companies and projects to our family. As we continue to grow, we want to expand our reach as far as we can, and that’s why we need you.

- You’re passionate about marketing

- You quickly get ideas and run with them
- You enjoy creating strategies that lead to engagement
- You quickly sense what resonates with people
- You’re a skilled written and verbal communicator
- You’re interested in and motivated by professional and personal growth
What You’ll Do:
- Doing deep dives into marketing techniques such as survey funnels, conversational marketing, competitive research, traffic generation, conversion optimization, and much more.
- Brainstorm with the marketing team on strategies and tactics to implement
- Execute what we’ve agreed on
- Learn from the results and bring the learnings back to the team
- Constantly test, learn, and iterate
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience with survey funnels, conversational marketing, competitive research, traffic generation, and conversion optimization.
- Experience working in a rapidly growing environment
- Exceptionally good at figuring out everything to do with using social media and related tech … you don’t need no IT support
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- A positive, self-starter attitude
- A sharp mind and intense hunger for learning
